All our semi perm make up courses include a huge starter kit with well known branded products, Ongoing support including a student whatsapp group, In depth theory, Live demo, Live models (sourced by us), Business advice and Marketing tips & tricks. All of our courses are fully accredited with ABT Accreditation & insurance. Once you have completed training you'll receive a 10% discount for you to use for your insurance. We also work with some leading suppliers such as killer ink and have 10% discount codes for stock and supplies.
Your educators story
The Brow Barn was established as a business name in 2017, but my journey began earlier as HD Brows by Jade Melissa while I was self-employed. After leaving university, where I was studying to become a primary school teacher, I realized teaching wasn't for me and dropped out after my second year. Working in a call center made me realize I didn't want to spend long hours earning low wages for someone else's gain, led me to explore self-employment. After discovering the new HD Brow course, I saved up enrolled, eventually starting mobile services alongside my job. As my client base grew, I left my full-time position, qualified in treatments, and focused on microblading, which became my passion. I converted my parents' outhouse into a clinic room, naming it The Brow Barn after its stable door. Within weeks, I outgrew my home setup and began renting a salon space. I expanded my services to include brow lamination and started teaching masterclasses. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, I opened shop in November 2020, marking a significant achievement. Today, I offer a variety of-permanent makeup services and training courses, and my advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is to embrace the ups and downs and never give up.
